One of our readerOne of our readers spotted Orlando tearing into someone on the phone when she went to pick up a meal from Vivoli’s and thought she’d snap a picture to remember the occasion.

Pretty reasonable, right? Well, Orlando would beg to differ! Here’s the whole incident recounted in her words…

“I was picking up food when I noticed him inside, then he went outside to talk on the phone, when I came out he was having a heated argument with someone on the phone. I walked by with my camera phone and took a grainy picture. He ran up behind me and said to me would you please delete that and he stood there looking at my phone. I showed him the picture was grainy and then I asked for a picture with him. He said it doesn’t work like that. I said I see how it works, thanks man! As he continued yelling on the phone!!!!”

It just breaks your heart. How can someone be so hot and so mean at the same time? After all, first he leaves his injured friend at the scene of a car accident and now he’s snapping at his own fans?

One things for sure, though. Celebs better not p*ss off their fans if they don’t want to read about it.

The film that is scheduled for release next year and is peppered with a lot of fight sequences will portray the athletic actress as a superwoman. "I have been to Beijing and Hong Kong for the special training", says Koena without revealing much details about the new venture.

He escaped unhurt, but one of his passengers suffered a fractured neck. British actor Orlando Bloom will not face hit-and-run and drunk-driving charges following a car crash in Hollywood earlier this month.
The official report into the accident said Bloom, 30, was not driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
And a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney said "there was insufficient evidence he was trying to get away".
Bloom swerved and hit a parked car as he was being chased by four paparazzi.
Bloom's two passengers were injured and had to be treated in hospital.
Police said a 30-year-old woman in the front seat had cuts and bruises on her face, while a 35-year-old woman in the back seat fractured her neck.
Straight after the accident Bloom - who was uninjured - walked about 20m away from the scene to avoid photographers, but he later returned.
He told police he had been dazed by what had happened.
Bloom spent the night at the Cedars Sinai hospital to be with the second woman, a childhood friend.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star told police he was leaving a nightclub at about 0215 local time (0915 GMT) when a photographer began following him.

Cousin Blames Photographers For Orlando’s Crash

From starpulse.com: Orlando Bloom’s cousin has blamed the paparazzi chasing the movie star for the car crash that left one of the actor’s passengers injured on Friday morning. Photographer Sebastian Copeland insists his famous relative is “doing fine” after his early morning accident, but he was shaken up by the paparazzi army chasing him through Los Angeles, and that led to the crash.
Copeland tells “The Insider,” “Luckily, it was a fender bender and unfortunate, of course, because he was chased by paparazzi and we know from the past what fatal consequences it can have. Luckily, this time around, he is fine.”
Copeland isn’t surprised the police found no evidence to suggest Bloom had been drinking alcohol while partying at Los Angeles club The Green Room earlier in the night, because the actor doesn’t imbibe.
The photographer adds, “He is a non-alcohol drinker so I think he is a great role model.”
And Copeland hopes something can be done about what he calls “this frenzy the media has with celebrities,” before a star is seriously injured or killed in a car crash.
He rages, “I wish we could mandate something against this type of activity because it is bound to create more of this type of incident and puts people in danger and for what? A photograph of them coming out of a car or getting a Starbucks coffee?”

Orlando Bloom Case Going To The D.A. For Felony Review

The latest twist in the Orlando Bloom accident is that the police are now submitting the case to the L.A. County D.A.’s office, who will then make a decision on whether to file hit-and-run charges against the actor:

Bloom crashed a car into a parked Porsche just after 2:00 AM Friday. He walked away from the crash, leaving two passengers inside the car, one injured with a fractured neck. X17 shot video of Bloom walking from the scene. Several photogs then told Bloom he’d be in big trouble if he kept walking, and Bloom turned back and asked if someone would call an ambulance — suggesting he would call an ambulance — suggesting he did not call 911 before leaving the scene. That would be an important factor in deciding if this were a hit and run.

Orlando claims that an SUV, presumably one driven by paparazzi, cut him off and caused the crash. Police are interviewing photographers who were at the scene, and apparently there are also surveillance cameras filming at the time of the accident. You can watch the video shot by the paparazzi here.

If there were surveillance cameras going, presumably on buildings around the area, they will show what the pap’s video did not…what exactly happened at the time of the accident and what Orlando did immediately afterward. The paparazzi video starts as Orlando is walking away from the scene. It is only when photographers intervened and told him that he could be charged with hit-and-run did he turn around and return to the scene.

As he returns to the accident, you can see him fiddling with his cell phone, but it is unclear what he was doing. At no point does he put the phone to his ear to make a call. He does not appear to be overly impaired at the scene of the accident, although he was not issued a standard sobriety test either at the scene or the hospital. Video of Orlando and his friends before the accident appear to show him appearing at least tipsy.

My personal feelings on this are well-known…he attempted to walk away from the scene of an accident. Whether he caused it or not, I don’t know. But he did make a series of decisions that night which led to the accident, one of which was getting behind the wheel to start with. That would not have stopped a pap van causing the accident, if that is what happened (and we have no proof yet that it did), but it would have lessened it. These people have money the average person can only dream of…they can afford to hire a driver for their nights of partying. Hey, if Paris can figure that out, I’m sure Orlando can. It only takes one bad decision to create a lifetime of heartache, and this accident could have been a lot worse.

Orlando Bloom has thanked staff at Los Angeles' Cedars Sinai Medical Center after they took good care of a childhood friend after she was injured in a car crash on Friday morning.
The British actor was driving a black Toyota Matrix, belonging to a friend, when he collided with a parked Porsche, leaving his unnamed passenger with minor neck injuries.
Acknowledging the accident in a statement later on Friday, Bloom's publicist said, "Orlando Bloom, who was in a minor car collision late last night, is grateful that no one was seriously injured.
"Bloom called for help immediately following the incident. He spent last night at the hospital to be with his childhood friend, who sustained a minor neck injury.
"He is thankful that emergency services arrived so quickly and that the ER staff at Cedars Sinai took such good care of his friend."

Orlando Bloom went on a date with Australian model Miranda Kerr but she denies being romantically involved with him.

According to dailysnack.com, Bloom was seen house hunting with Kerr and a newspaper says the two seemed to be into each other.

The two, however, has denied it with Kerr saying: 'Orlando is a nice guy but we're just friends. We actually ran into each other by coincidence and then someone took a photo, turning a molehill into a mountain.'

But an observer said: 'They looked really happy together, and spent most of the evening cuddling and touching each other. They definitely looked like a couple.'
